Mecafluid’s growth has been immediate and substantial, enabling Mr Leclercq to expand his team and invest in human capital.

Mecafluid is diversifying: the company is adding industrial valves to its product range and shifting from a design-focused approach to an industrial trading mindset, encompassing stock management, a sales and technical team...

Mecafluid is expanding and now has around ten employees. To cope with this significant growth, a new building is being constructed in the brand-new Barchon industrial estate. It will feature storage, assembly and office space.

Establishment of Mecafluid Lux SARL, located in Troisvierges in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg: today, the main storage and dispatch centre for goods.

Now in its 15th year, Mecafluid has 15 employees. Its business is now divided into three complementary areas:

• project design and engineering, and equipment supply;
• design, construction and repairs in the workshop;
• installation and refurbishment of systems, and on-site maintenance.

A pivotal year lies ahead: to get closer to its customers and expand its local service offering, Mecafluid is opening a self-service store in Barchon and launching an e-commerce site. The company now has around twenty employees, enabling it to cope with its uninterrupted expansion over the past 20 years.

Mecafluid and Mecafluid Lux are 20 and 10 years old respectively! The company is more ready than ever to take on new challenges thanks to:

• the successful development of its in-house sales team;
• customer interest and the growing success of mecafluid.eu;
• the reorganisation of its technical department, which has now become the Technical Services and Solutions Department and includes a Compressor Sizing, Installation and After-Sales Service.

Despite the Covid-19 health crisis, Mecafluid and its employees are not letting up in their efforts. Indeed, it is in the midst of this crisis that Mecafluid has taken two major decisions:

• the recruitment of two new external Technical Sales Representatives to strengthen its ties with partners in Hainaut and Luxembourg;
• the opening of Mecafluid Vlaanderen, in Schoten, under the leadership of Claude Vandaele.

As the company expands its workforce, Mecafluid now has 30 employees. Consequently, the premises in Barchon, which house the self-service shop, the offices and the workshop of the Technical Services and Solutions Department (DSST), are becoming too cramped.

This is why Mecafluid is purchasing a new storage hall located in the Petit Rechain Industrial Estate.

After a year and a half of work, this hall now houses the Mecafluid teams. This building, equipped with brand-new infrastructure and state-of-the-art facilities, will enable Mecafluid to continue its growth.

Furthermore, to ensure greater proximity to its customers in Hainaut, Mecafluid is moving to Fleurus into the former premises of Delloue, which is ceasing operations.

In early 2026, Mecafluid expanded its offering with the creation of a new department specialising in pumps and hoses.

With the arrival of three industry experts, the company is strengthening its expertise and now offers its customers even more effective, comprehensive solutions tailored to their needs.

This development confirms Mecafluid’s commitment to supporting its partners with high-quality services and ever-increasing expertise.

And that’s not all! Mecafluid is and always will be forward-looking, with the ambition to continue its expansion.
