Mecafluid offers specialised technical services and solutions for the maintenance, installation and optimisation of industrial systems. Our services guarantee the reliability, performance and safety of your installations.

Our experienced teams carry out diagnostics, preventive and corrective maintenance, repairs and commissioning of your equipment, with solutions tailored to every industrial need.

Committed to a culture of quality and safety, we work in accordance with ISO 9001 and VCA* certified processes, ensuring high standards in the management of our work, on-site safety and customer satisfaction. Although we apply these high standards across our entire company, only our Liège site is ISO 9001 certified, whilst both the Liège and Hainaut sites are VCA*certified.

Construction of enclosures and circuit boards

Mecafluid designs and assembles bespoke cabinets and control boards, incorporating your technical requirements and integration constraints. Whether for controlling pneumatic or electro-pneumatic circuits, every solution is designed to ensure compactness, efficiency and reliability.

Our solutions are tested and ready for use, to facilitate their installation on your facilities by our teams or your own.

Management of compressed air systems

From the precise sizing of your compressed air plant to on-site installation, Mecafluid supports you at every stage of your project. Engineering & Design

Mecafluid supports you throughout every project, from the initial analysis right through to commissioning. Our engineers and technicians carry out technical studies, sizing, modelling and simulations to ensure reliable and optimised solutions. We design bespoke systems, with 2D/3D drawings and comprehensive technical documentation. Prototyping, testing and adjustments ensure performance and robustness, in close collaboration with production.

Throughout your project, we provide advice, technical support and suggestions for improvements to ensure sustainable installations that are perfectly suited to your needs.

Industrial instrumentation

Mecafluid’s Industrial Instrumentation service handles the installation, commissioning and calibration of all types of measurement equipment, ensuring accuracy and reliability in your processes. Our technicians visit your site to configure, check and optimise the instruments in accordance with current standards.

We also carry out flow audits for liquids on all pipe configurations, enabling you to monitor the actual performance of your installations.

We also offer the hire of portable, non-intrusive flow meters, providing a flexible solution for one-off diagnostics, measurement campaigns or our clients’ temporary requirements.

Compressed air audits

Mecafluid’s compressed air audits cover energy, quality and quantity aspects to provide a comprehensive overview of your system’s performance. Carried out by specially trained staff, our audits require no production downtime and are implemented through rapid, controlled interventions. We provide clear reports, accompanied by diagrams and detailed analyses, enabling the identification of losses, deviations and opportunities for optimisation.

Maintenance of valves and cylinders

Mecafluid provides maintenance, repair, reconditioning and calibration services for your industrial valves (gate valves, check valves, regulators, control valves, etc.) as well as your hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders.

Assembly of motorised valves
