You will set up a schedule to visit our existing customers and prospects to whom you will introduce Méca-Fluid, its reputation and values.
You will be the first point of contact with our customers and introduce them to the range and promotions of our products and services.
You will advise our clients directly, if possible, or pass on their requests to our internal department.
You will follow up on your customers as well as sales. Your main objectives will be the loyalty of your customer portfolio and the growth of turnover (and margin) in your sector.
You will make detailed visit reports on your customers and complete a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) daily. You will need to report your activities, relationships and planning to the Sales Coordinator at set regular intervals.
You will work in collaboration with the various departments of Méca-Fluid and will participate in sales meetings provided by our sales coordinator in our head office.
