Check that you have correctly inserted your identity card in the card reader and that this reader is correctly connected to your computer.
Start the eID Viewer. If you have not yet installed the eID software or have questions about it, visit the eID website http://eid.belgium.be. If the eID Viewer reads your data correctly, you can connect to this site.
